Consistent Action and Hard work is the Key to Long Term IM Success

About a year ago, I discovered internet marketing. Although it hasn’t been an easy struggle to get where I am now, I am very proud of my accomplishments so far. Last month, I averaged over $75.00 a day and this month, I expect my daily income to be even higher.Last year, I was averaging about $5.00 a day with my IM efforts. So, $70 a day is not a bad raise at all.
You might be wondering what caused this huge jump in earnings?
I’ll have to say that it wasn’t just one thing but a culmination of factors that have helped me become more successful with internet marketing. They are:
I. I stopped looking for the next best thing and focused on project at a time. I refused to hop from one program to another looking for the next best thing. Right now, I am concentrating solely on article and bum marketing and it seems to be working out quite well for me.
2. I started taking action and stopped buying everything in sight. I basically had a gold mine sitting right on my hard drive. However, I was so busy chasing a “magic bullet” that I couldn’t see what was right in front of me. After I put myself on a monthly “spending budget” and only purchased items I desperately needed, my income increased.
3. I improved my ad writing techniques by studying hard-hitting sales letters and tested my conversions. I also hired a sales-letter guru to review some of my work and offer constructive criticism.
4. I’ve started using all types of advertising methods. Before, I was scared of Adwords because my ad writing skills were weak now I use them regularly. Although I’m no Adword master, I have gotten my feet wet and made a profit from my actions.
5. I stopped being afraid to make improvements. At one time, I was afraid of changing my ads around or trying different publishing methods. Now, I love to make changes. I love improving my sites and tracking my results. I love discovering new techniques.
6. I consistently work on my business everyday. Not a day goes by when I don’t do something productive. I don’t expect to be perfect but I do expect to do my best and get it done and I don’t procrastinate.
7. Last but not least, I stopped listening to idiots that were only trying to sell me bogus products. Now, I only listen to successful and honest marketers and those marketers whose vision is in alignment with mine. I work consistently, expect good things to happen and expect success.
This is really nothing magical just consistency with action that brings results.
